With her the keen ability to convey the latest styles and trends, Allison Berlin, founder of Style Made Simple, is every man and woman’s fashion and style expert. With almost 10 years of fashion experience, Allison founded Style Made Simple in 2004 in order to translate the latest fashions into everyday, wearable looks as well as help her clientele discover their own personal style. Through Style Made Simple, Allison brings her clients the unique combination of business know how, personal knowledge of the fashion industry, and a detailed understanding of individual client’s needs.

Allison currently consults for NBC’s Today Show for segments, including:
“Wedding Fashion Etiquette”
“Secrets of Dressing Young,”
“Denim: The Best
Styles from $600 to $60,”
“Plus Size Fall Fashion.”
Berlin is also a stylist for The Learning Channel’s
“What Not To Wear,” Elie Tahari, Insider NYC,
Citibabes, Quintessentially, BBC America produced programming
and
Metropolitan Moms.

Prior to starting Style Made Simple, Allison worked in the Bloomingdale’s Fashion Office where she honed her skills in trend forecasting by selecting trend merchandise for stores, catalogue and print advertising as well as produce seasonal trend reports to provide corporate image direction. Allison also directed Bloomingdale’s related fashion shows, market edited for B Magazine and worked closely with top designers. Berlin was instrumental in developing Bloomingdale’s partnerships with well known personalities, including Pierce Brosnan and Halle Berry, and international beauty companies, such as Lancôme, MAC Cosmetics and Benefit. Berlin started her career at Saks Fifth Avenue working with top stylists in wardrobe selection for photo shoots and television segments and New York Times’ By Design editor.

Allison currently resides in Manhattan and works with clients in Manhattan, Westchester and Greenwich, Connecticut.
