Cancellation is required 48hrs in advance of scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 48hrs in advance, there is a 25% cancellation fee. If appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs in advance, there is a 50% cancellation fee. A valid credit card and 25% deposit are required to confirm booking.
